Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription option at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring order. Your subscription delivers 60 gummies (a 30-day supply) every 4 weeks, and your payment method is automatically charged at the then-current subscription price each billing cycle until you cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime through your account portal. From there, in just a few steps, you can:
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Change your next billing or delivery date
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Cancel your subscription
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no penalty. Cancellation is easy and always available:
- Online (fastest): Log in to your account portal and cancel in a few clicks.
- By email: Contact us at team@sundaymarket.store and we'll cancel your subscription for you.
To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 2 days before your next scheduled billing date. You can see your next billing date anytime in your account portal. If you cancel after an order has already been processed, that order will still ship, and your cancellation will apply to all future orders.
Billing
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscription prices are subject to change; we'll notify you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Discounts or promotional pricing applied to your first subscription order may not apply to renewal orders.
One-Time Purchases
One-time orders are not recurring and will not be billed again. Once a one-time order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, but it may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
