Return Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order, so you can try Sunday Market with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
- The order you're requesting a refund for must be the first order you've placed with Sunday Market.
- To request a refund, contact us at team@sundaymarket.store.
- If your refund request is accepted, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.
- Eligible first-order returns receive a full refund for the value of your Sunday Market order.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items can't be returned, like opened perishable goods. Get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We provide free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences apply if you exchange for a higher-value product.
Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at team@sundaymarket.store.
Cancellations We do not cancel orders once they've been placed. Similarly, we do not cancel subscriptions on a customer's behalf. We provide an always-available account portal where you can manage your subscription in just a few easy steps.
